To seek out and negotiate companies/groups/individuals who would be willing to put together a fund-raising event.

Work with existing fund raisers.

Create documents/photos of the above for the website.

Locate companies/groups/individuals willing to donate.

Distribute existing documents to the above.

Report back to the Trustee meetings of any progress.
